Alexander Selegenev has 15 years of experience in investment banking and venture capital, with specific expertise in international corporate finance, equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Between 2004 and 2008 Alexander was Head of the London Corporate Finance Department at Metropol (UK) Limited, the London affiliate of Russia’s investment and financial company IFC Metropol, with specific focus on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
James Mullins has over 25 year experience in finance and was a director of numerous funds and companies including the Russian Federation First Mercantile Fund. This Fund (Class A shares) is listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. His experience in the UK includes working for Deloitte & Touche and British Coal. In Russia he was head of the Corporate Restructuring Department at Coopers & Lybrand and later co-founded Branan Management Consultants.
Petr Lanin has broad experience in investment and brokerage on the Russian capital markets. He began his career as an equity analyst at Russian information agency RosBusinessConsulting in 1995.
Artyom Inyutin is an accomplished executive in the field of internet, investment management, telecommunications, TV, mobile content, and advertising. He has 16 years of experience working in 5 different countries.
In 1993, German Kaplun co-founded RosBusinessConsulting (“RBC”), one of the largest Russian media groups. Between 1993 and 2012, RBC grew into a diversified holding company with 3,000 employees and dozens of successful businesses.
Alexander Morgulchik was the original co-founder of RBC. He has participated in over 30 successful M&A transactions and post-acquisition restructurings of companies in 8 countries, including Russia, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.
Igor is a serial entrepreneur who started and ran 12 companies, including two (Fotki.com, one of the largest photo sites, and Microsoft WebTV’s Epsylon Games the largest games portal on MSN TV in late 90s/early 2000s) that reached millions of users and generated tens of millions of dollars in revenues, and one (vInternship) that he sold to Manhattan Institute. Igor has advised and consulted startups, banks, venture capital firms and Fortune 100 companies.
Alexander was previously director of strategic investments at RosBusinessConsulting (“RBC”) (working alongside Alexander Morgulchik and German Kaplun) overseeing RBC’s investment program into early stage technology companies including social gaming, web service and software application companies. He was also in charge of post-investment integration and general oversight of the investee companies on behalf of RBC
Levan is an experienced IT project manager and software engineer with particular expertise in the digital media sector and software licensing issues. In the past, he project managed a number of venture capital investments, and also worked as an investment specialist at IQ Investment Ltd. and TradeMatic Ltd., where he exercised technical and financial oversight over a number of Russian and foreign software and hardware development teams and developed business plans and financial models.
